Description:
This is a superior 1 bedroom apartment in the highly desireable complex of Yucca Park, in Fanabe, Tenerife. Since we bought it in 2007 we have entirely refurbished the interior of the apartment, and added many "extras" not normally included in a holiday rental apartment. There is a 32" LCD TV with UK TV (BBC & ITC etc), a media box with over 300 movies, DVD and large collection of discs, HI-Fi & selection of CDs, 2 safes (one large and one small) - all provided FREE for our guests.
There is a large double bed in the bedroom, and the living room has 2 sofa beds, which can be either 2 singles, or 1 double bed.
There is also a very secluded but sunny patio - ideal for sunbathing, or dining al-fresco.
Bed linen & towels are supplied, and changed weekly.
