Sharon generously upgraded us from the 3 room apartment to the 5 room villa with fully equipped kitchen and two baths, simply because I asked about the cooking facilities and she thought the villa would be a better fit for us (also low season and I guess it wasn't booked).
Pricewise, we were able to have a three night holiday for a family of 6, for the price of one night in hotels.
The rooms were fairly clean, grand though a bit down-at-heel.
[Down at heel:
Large fridge, with no shelves in the door, dripped all the time internally.
Shower stall with single sliding glass door; second door missing.
Shower heads not attached to wall, or barely attached.
Simple beds - box mattress on wood platform pushed to corner, no headboard or (room for) bedside tables.
Wardrobes without doors, single hanger.
If this type of thing doesn't bother you, you're all set]
Location was perfect for access to all that Eilat has to offer.
