We stayed at Villa Yang/Hedera IV (depending on who you talk to) in August 2014 with a group of friends for a few days following our wedding. The villa is generally very nice, with a lovely outdoor area and pool. The villa is basically split into two apartments. The top floor is absolutely gorgeous - modern, spacious, and with everything you need. Unfortunately, by comparison the second apartment is pretty dated. It's still nice though, but the major problem is that unlike the top floor, there is only AC in the living room. This means that our friends found it very difficult to sleep at night because it was simply too hot - some of them ended up decamping to the living room just to get some relief.
The only downside to this villa is that the owner lives here, all year round. At not one point in the booking process or my frequent pre-stay communication was I told this. It's not necessarily a problem (the owner kept to herself for the most part) but it would have been nice to... more
