Spent a long weekend here with my husband and parents during high season (Diwali). The house is lovely to look at and very comfortable to live in. For the price, I don't think it can be beat.
The two bedrooms and attached bathrooms downstairs have good beds, nice high ceilings, and beautiful mosaic bathrooms. The third bedroom upstairs is less luxurious. We didn't use it, but whoever did would have gotten the short stick. Perhaps send the kids up there if you have them?
Highlight of the house is having tea in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on the porch in back, which is quiet and pretty private.
The kitchen has basic items for tea and toast but not really for cooking. We ended up having to buy oil and salt and pepper for a dinner at home.
In terms of location, the beach is about a five minute walk and many restaurants around 7-10 mins away. The grocery is about ten mins walk.
