    The first floor living area opens out onto one of the most spectacular vistas in the Mediterranean day or night, a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
    Situated in a small select development above Kas, you are 10 minutes walk down to the harbor, the central square, the many excellent restaurants and bars, or Little Pebble Beach.     Extra charges. End of stay cleaning £45 and a laundry charge of £9 per person are on top of the weekly rate. Bath and Pool Towels are included.
    For bookings of 14 days or more, a complimentary clean of the apartment and change of bedding and towels on day 7 are included in the booking price. End of stay charges are still payable.
    A complimentary 20 ltr bottle of mineral water will be provided on the water cooler. Additional refills can be arranged with the agent at a nominal charge.
    A deposit of 25% will be required within 72 hours of receipt of the invoice confirming the booking.
    Payment for deposits and final balances can be made by debit or credit card through paypal. (You do not need a paypal account, simply follow the link on the invoice).
    A breakage deposit of £200 is required, this will be returned within 14 days of the end of your stay.

    How to get there
    Airport: Dalaman: 160.0 km
    Frequent flights are available to both Dalaman and Antalya from the beginning of April untill November. Thomas Cook Jet 2.com Easyjet Monarch are just a few of the operators. It is worth checking flight times and prices for both airports to get the best combination for your travel dates. Not everyone wants to arrive at 4.00am.
    Dalaman is 2 hours away by car whilst Antalya is a 3 hour drive. Airport transfers can be arranged if required through our Agent in Kas.
    Hiring a car in Turkey is straight forward and hire cars are maintained to a good standard. We recomend DLM car hire in Dalaman, they provide an efficient friendly service are competatively priced and have not let us down.
    The drive from Dalaman is very straight forward, along the D400 coast road all the way from Dalaman to Kas.

Stayed here with my partner in June 2014. Lovely spacious duplex with a shared pool which was very quiet most days. The owner Ian arranged our transfers which were trouble-free. We had a great time in Kas! The apartment is lovely – modern, clean, very well equipped, and with a magnificent view! The steep hill up to the top was a challenge sometimes however necessary after all the lovely food we ate... The owner Ian is very service minded and helpful. Kas is a wonderful village and this home is absolutely fantastic. The views are magical and the home has everything you could need. It is on a very steep hill and there are steps up to the front door which might be difficult for some. more
