Each of these spacious 3BR/2BA condominiums feature a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and at least one bedroom facing the Gulf. Summer House also has a large split-level outdoor pool and spacious sun deck, indoor heated pool with an extra-large hot tub, sauna, covered poolside gazebo, and a fitness room with weight machine and exercise cycle. Omni tennis courts, a putting green, and a basketball court are located across the street at the Summer House Association office. A children's playground is located near the indoor pool. Summer House is convenient to many of the area's restaurants and shops and has boat parking facilities available.
