First and foremost Hugo was great. Very accommodating and knowledgeable, gave us a concise and useful introduction to Costa Rica - what to look for, and what to watch out for. I like people with "good hearts", and I think Hugo falls into that category - helping out folks who need a hand. We also enjoyed meeting and socializing with some of the other guests.
The Bri-Bri home was clean and functional. A couple of little issues, when we got there the stove and fridge hadn't been installed yet - they were being used elsewhere. I wasn't happy with that - traveling with my wife and this is the trip that I planned. But it was quickly rectified. The last evening (we stayed 4) there was problems with the power. It was particularly windy and something happened, and Hugo was away on business. Not a biggie for us, as we were down for the night, but I should mention it.
