    The one-bedroom apartment has a well-appointed full kitchen with electric range, microwave, and is stocked with staples and condiments. The bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed.     Our summer rate in the one bedroom unit has a base price of $175 plus tax per night for up to three guests. Each additional person is $50 plus tax per night.

    The summer rate in the three bedroom unit (downstairs apartment) has a base price of $275 plus tax per night for up to four guests. Each additional person is $50 plus tax per night.

    We enjoy having families stay with us. Our properties are a great place for family reunions, wedding parties and fishermen. We offer a family rate based on the number in the party.

    This property is located approximately 25 minutes drive north of the Ketchikan International Airport and Alaska Marine Highway ferry terminal at Mile 14 North Tongass Highway on Knudson Cove Road.

    Overlooking Knudson Cove Marina, you are right on the fishing grounds for either renting a boat or taking a fishing charter. Ketchikan is Salmon Capital of the World and is known for it's abundance of five species of wild salmon (Chinook, Coho, Humpies, Sockeye and Chum). We also have a large variety of bottom fish (halibut, ling cod, red snapper and rock fish to name a few) plus crab and shrimp.

    If you decide to bring your own boat, there is plenty of parking and the boat launch is located adjacent to the marina.

    Since this property is out of town and not on the bus line, you will need to either bring your car on the ferry or rent a vehicle.
