    This is our second home and we have included good quality furniture together with a comprehensive range of fixtures and fittings to make your stay a comfortable home from home. The apartment is situated at high up a valley side with superb views over the excellent golf course on a quiet road comprising 20 similar properties.

    During the summer months Quesada is a thriving town with easily reached attractions, water parks and beaches for all the family. Out of season an excellent location for golf, cycling and walking.

    The apartment has two good sized bedrooms with a large double bed, a bunk plus single to accommodate up to 5 people in comfort. Restaurants and shops are approx. 800 metres with plenty more a short drive away.

    A good sized 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen/ diner/ lounge and roof top solarium.

    The main bedroom includes queen size bed and second bedroom with large bunk bed and single making this ideal for slightly larger families. We have included a table, 4 chairs and 2 reclining chairs on the roof top terrace overlooking the golf course to the front and swimming pool at the rear. The lounge patio doors face the golf course which lead onto balcony including small table and 2 chairs. Off street parking space is provided. The property remains cool throughout the summer - no sunlight directly through any windows.

    You will be met at the property by our property manager and a £50 cleaning and preparation cost will be payable with your booking. Cleaning includes all laundry including bedding and bath towels

    20% deposit payable at time of booking and full payment 8 weeks in advance of your stay

    All electricity, air conditioning and water costs are included in the rental rates.

    No breakages deposit is required.

    The property is easily reached from either Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airports served by all the major airlines:

    Easyjet, Ryanair, BA, First Choice, Flybe and Jet2

    The property is situated south of Alicante near the city of Elx and town of Rojales on the sunny Costa Blanca. A car is essential to make the most of your holiday and we have always used www.carjet.com, found them to be reliable with good quality vehicles.

    The journey from either airport will take approx. 35 to 40 minutes and we will provide comprehensive route instructions prior to your visit . Taxis are also readily avaiable from the airports at a cost of about €35.

This was our 5th trip staying in this property. We've just returned from a week in this very clean, well maintained apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the private pool all to ourselves too - heaven! The golf complex is great but even if you're not a golfer the club house is well furnished with a pool terrace and a very nice restaurant.... more

Very relaxing and quite good family apartment, but teenagers might be bored. Plenty of linen, beach goods, solarium a good way of cooling down with lovely view over golf course and mountains also bbq there as well. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Beach 15 min drive we recommend La Mata drive straight to the beach and park. more
