Booked for a three night break to visit family near by. Had three teenagers with us, lots of room in the cabin great communication with the owner who was very helpful. We did take a trailer with us for our bikes and boat but was told on day two by someone mowing the lawn outside the cabins that the site doesn't allow trailers, not sure why as it was parked up not in anyone's way.
Cabin had a huge selection of DVD's and books which was a lovely home from home touch, plenty to see and do around the area and a great base to go off exploring the area. Would recommend a visit to the nearby hotel just over the swinging bridge they do lovely afternoon tea and is set in amazing grounds.
As the owner said herself she is still updating some of the cabin but we didn't have any reason to complain we think it was great value would have been nice to have a small shop on site as there is literally nothing other than other cabins. Thank you for a much needed and enjoyable stay.
