    Conveniently located, beach and freeway close, yet this home offers a Private Yard and Gardens with Seasonal Fresh Fruit trees, Grape Vines, Roses. The Gardens are my favorite spot to relax. There is a Slate Patio off the Dining room with an Outdoor Wood Burning Fire Place, built in BBQ area with counter seating. Adjacent to the patio is a Deck nestled between an Apricot tree and a White Peach tree. On the deck while you your honey is grilling relax on the chaise lounges.

    Also there is a Private Slate Patio off the Master bedroom which has Beautiful French Doors. This home is very private with open space all around so you can have peace and serenity with out thinking about neighbors being too close.

We chose this house for our New Years Eve stay as it was close to both the beach and nearby attractions. The house location is very convenient. Easy access to the freeway. Took us only about a half hour to get to Disneyland, and we also enjoyed jaunting off to Laguna Beach and San Clemente to enjoy the beaches and shopping.

Of course easy access to the freeway in this case means you are literally next to the freeway, but the sound wall does do its job, and its easy to enjoy the back yard with no problems.

The property is quite charming with a beautiful garden and 2 patios to relax on. We were able to enjoy the outdoor fireplace and bbq every night, even with some unseasonally cold weather, and we are avid walkers - were able to walk the neighbourhood though the walk to the "beach" is a bit daunting on the way back for those with some mobility challenges.
