We all enjoyed our weekend at this beach house. The neighborhood is quiet. The stairs to the beach handy. There are a couple of balconies to sit outside on and enjoy the ocean breezes. The view out of the large picture window in the living room is a birds eye view looking out at the ocean & the passing birds past low slung rooftops. All the comforts of home, comfortable couches, tv, internet, dining table, kitchen, bbq & a little area for sunning with chaise lounge in the area near the hot tub. The house has a welcoming feeling with original art in every room and comfortable beds in pretty bedrooms. Getting our damage deposit back took over 15 days even though the owner released the damage deposit for refund quickly. The manager & owner were very helpful, contacting FlipKey (trip advisor) and keeping in touch by email until we were satisfied. Thank you for renting us your lovely home & for your patience helping make sure that the damage deposit was defunded more

This vacation rental was actually quite perfect for our girls weekend in April 2014. I booked on Trip Advisor which didn't go all that smooth, but it was no fault of the manager Danny Craig. Arrangements with Danny were easy and we appreciated the extra info on restaurants, shops, what to bring, what the home provides etc.

The neighborhood is literally a short walk to Seacliff beach through the beach gate pass that is right next to this home. Having people go back and forth through the pass was not a bother at all and our home remained private.

The home is spacious for 7 women on a girls weekend and could easily fit your family. The family room has a view of a ocean from 3 sides--fantastic. If only we could ask the neighbors to trim their tree it would be perfect :-) Two balconies for this home. The one near the family room is a little narrow, but it didn't bother us at all.

The hot tub was clean and hot and we used it a few times.
