The co-owners with whom we communicated were very nice, and their condo was a perfect size for the two of us. Location was very practical as we could drive south to St. Pete's or north to Tampa, etc, in a relatively short time period.
The only down side at the time --which resulted in an average rating by us--was that the repairing of the condo building's roof, as well as construction of a new building a few doors down, created much inconvenience for us. Not only was the pool closed most of our week there due to the roof repairs, the noise and heavy tar smell from the construction/repairs forced us to walk a good ways down the beach with all our stuff to seek a spot that was quieter. This was very disappointing to us as it defeated the purpose of renting a condo right on the beach!
