Set high on a hill in a private location not far from Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, this large contemporary home has distant views, from three decks, across Sengekontacket Pond to the Vineyard Sound beyond. The house is well equipped and informally furnished (comfortable seating!). For off-season enjoyment there are three working fireplaces and a big open kitchen...perfect for hanging out and trying all the best foods and books the Vineyard has to offer.
