    Enjoy the facilities of the newly converted Orchard Barn at Woodhayes Farm nestled in the stunning Blackdown Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The barn comfortably sleeps 6 with room for 2 more. There is a large orchard 50 meters from the barn where you can relax, enjoy stunning views or have an early evening BBQ.

    Walk through the 150 acre farm, experiencing ancient parkland, 16 acres of ancient woodland and ½ mile of river. The farm adjoins Dumpdon, a National Trust Iron Age hill fort. Cows and sheep are present on the farm. The coast is 12 miles away and we are very close to a number of exciting walks. Fiona and Greg Page-Turner are close by and will be delighted to help you enjoy your stay by getting the most out of the farm and the local area.

We spent two beautiful weeks at Woodhayes with out three young children aged 4yrs, 2yrs and 4months. The accommodation is second to none and offers plenty of room with a well stocked kitchen and clean towels on offer. Whatever wifi problems others have experienced have clearly been improved as we had an excellent connection in all parts of the house.... more

Beautiful barn conversion in outstanding area of natural beauty. Very comfortable with all the necessities and more. The owners and their parents are lovely and very welcoming. The advertising and pictures for this property are misleading - so was the owners own correspondence (email & phone) when he stressed that the place was set in 150 acres of farmland - what's the point when you do not have any access to the outdoor area.
