Ground Floor: The spacious high-ceilinged sitting-room, dining-room and reading area are tastefully decorated with comfortable armchairs in pastel colours, rosewood furniture and a library. They give directly on to a large terrace with views on the ocean and swimming pool. The spacious bedroom has air-con, a king-sized bed made up of 2 singles, a ceiling fan, an en suite bathroom with bath, shower/WC and a terrace with views on the sea and swimming pool. Separate cloak room. The well-equipped kitchen and its breakfast bar have modern granite worktops. Laundry room with washing machine. Small terrace at the back with table, chairs and a BBQ. Cream ceramic tiled flooring throughout.

Upstairs: The spacious and airy master bedroom with air-con, ceiling fan, a king-size bed made of 2 singles, a single sofa-bed (for a child), en suite bathroom with bath, shower/WC. The room opens on to a balcony with lovely views of the lush garden and sea beyond. It also leads to a small, narrow room with 2 bunk beds sleeping 2 children.

Outside: The small annexe, with its own independent French window opening on the back garden, has air-con, 2 single beds and a shower-room/WC.

A few of Mauritius top class hotels are nearby and offer water sports facilities (for a fee) and a choice of excellent restaurants to non-residents. Within close proximity is Tamarin and Black River with their shops, supermarkets, chemists and array of restaurants offering various cuisines.
