The house itself was perfectly adequate for our needs although it is a little older and a little worn. It is basically two living levels. The second level (first level is the carport) has three bedrooms - one with a master bath and the other two share a hall bath. The one we just happened to stay in opened onto the lower deck in the front and I spent ALOT of time there. It gets full sun in the morning, is shaded in the afternoon and is only accessible from that bedroom, there are no steps leading up from the ground. Perfect for napping, reading, etc. The top level has one bedroom, the living room and the kitchen/dining area. Sitting at the dining room table as well as the main deck in front provides fantastic views of the ocean.
We never used the hot tub because it was too hot out already. The pool was a little on the small side but worked out. It was extremely warm and someone came to clean it midweek.
Enough about the house, let's talk about the real star of the show... more
