A spacious sun deck on the lower level and small balcony on the upper level (just off the master bedroom!) allow you to catch the ocean breeze when you're not down on the beach. The lower level has a bedroom on the entry side of the house, a full bathroom accessed via the hallway, a kitchen, and an ocean side great room that has both the dining and living areas.
