    Homestead Cottage has an M1 disability rating and is an annexe to the farmhouse at Ravenscliffe Farm. There is also 'The Barn' which has one bedroom, which is in the same farm yard. When available, the two cottages can be booked out together.

    Ravenscliffe Farm is a mile from one local pub and restaurant and one and a half miles from another. Just 3 miles from Ashbourne.

    For those who enjoy walking, we have 3 footpaths crossing the farm for lovely country walks to such as Tissington, approx 25 minutes walk away.
    Push bikes can be hired from Ashbourne at the start of the Tissington Trail.

    Our property is located on the B5056 road. From Ashbourne, take the A515 Buxton Road from the maket place. Continue for approximately 2 miles. Turn right onto the B5056 as you see the fork in the road with a building (Bentley Brook Pub in front of you) Continue for one mile. The drive to Ravenscliffe Farm with Homestead Cottage and The Barn is on the right.

Have just returned, from our ninth visit and each time unique and special, Arrived just in time before being snowed in for the weekend.! The proprietors as always, immediately at hand to assist us, this time through the snow drifts. Homestead is an impeccably maintained property wanting for nothing. What a great place!!! I have traveled extensively over the years without children, but now have to find somewhere that caters to me and my children and the homestead cottage did just that. I have never felt so relaxed on a holiday with my children. They loved it, the freedom the outdoor space the ability to roam, so much so... more

IReally clean, and remote...The view was amazing. The beds were sooo comfortable and the bedding and towels were all clean with lovely fresh smell. We really enjoyed it and we will come back. Thanks for the fresh baked bread on the kitchen counter. You will see us soon. :-) more
