A charming two bedroom traditional stone cottage nestled in the heart of the Peak District. Enjoy country walks, spectacular views and the charm, peace and quiet of the friendly, historic village of Winster. Local attractions include family fun in Matlock, adventure at Carsington Water and the history of Chatsworth Manor. Explore the area or relax in the peaceful cottage and garden. There are two pubs in walking distance, serving excellent food and a well stocked village shop and post office. There are two children's play areas, local farm animals and a pond in the village.

The lounge is cosy with wonderful views of the village and hills.The warm fire is a wonderful, gas style wood burner. Fantastic warmth and flickering flames without the mess! The main bedroom has a double bed and room for a travel cot. The second bedroom can be made up as a single, twin or double. The cottage has a traditional 'Jack and Jill' bathroom, meaning that both bedrooms have direct access. The bathroom has been recently renovated.
The kitchen is large and well equipped, with a farmhouse feel to it. There is a downstairs toilet, plus a playroom, with some toys, games, dvd player, cd player and books for younger children. Some dvds for adults and children available.

A £40 discount is available if you bring your own bedding and towels - must confirm at time of booking.
