    Terms and Conditions - Prices

    A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 3 weeks prior to first day of commencement of stay.

    Security deposit of £300/week is payable 2 weeks before commencement of stay. This is refundable no later than 14 days after the end of stay.

    The rental period commences at 3pm on the first day and finishes at 10am on the day of departure (special arrangements can be considered on request eg persons of restricted mobility or who have other additional needs could stay whilst car being packed etc). This property does not allow loud parties and failing to keep noise to sociable levels can affect return of deposits.
    Change over day is generally Friday but is flexible where possible.
    Late check outs can sometimes be arranged - graduated fees.

    Wheel chair ramp access to all external doors. 75 minutes from London. Very good railway links to the property but also for day trips to popular culture, leisure and shopping including Chichester (15 miles) and Gunwharf Portsmouth(14 miles), a large picturesque shopping outlet by the sea where many restaurants including Jamie Oliver can be found.

    Public Bus Service operate to Emsworth from Chichester, Portsmouth and Petersfield and many other areas.

    By car: Sat Nav will take you straight there! However, from the M27 (A27) motorway in the direction of Chichester (Eastbound). The Emsworth exit is very shortly after the Havant exit. We stayed at Harbourview for a new year break with a large group of friends. The house was beautifully presented and easily large enough for a large group (11). We have just returned from a wonderful weekend at this property. The location was great, in the pretty town of Emsworth, which had lovely walks, a few great pubs and a great fish and chip shop!
