    Delightful chocolate-box cottage dating back to 16th century set in approximately 1/3 of an acre. Japonica Cottage is in the village of Bank in the heart of The New Forest National Park. Ideal location for cycling and walking and close to the village pub. Extensive restaurants and shops are availabile in Lyndhurst, which is only a short drive away.

    Accommodation comprises of ground floor: lounge/dining room, kitchen, utility room, twin bedroom with guest beds under, bathroom with shower, and garden room (with sofa bed). First floor after climbing the cottage stairs, double bedroom with king size bed, single bedroom with guest bed under, bathroom.

    The cottage is set in lovely gardens with summer house, patio furniture and bbq, ideal for alfresco eating in beautiful surroundings.

    £200.00 cautionary deposit taken on all holiday bookings, returned 7-10 days after holiday provided there are no damages or mishaps.
    £20.00 booking fee payable on all holiday bookings
    Bookings made 8 weeks or more in advance pay a £50.00 holding deposit with balance due 8 weeks before holiday date.
    Completed booking form plus holding deposit (£50.00) or full payment secures booking.
    Payment by credit card liable to 1.5% surcharge.

    From the M27 take Cadnam Exit 1 when you reach the roundabout take the third exit to Lyndhurst A337. At the lights in Lyndhurst turn left onto High Street then right into Gosport Street. Keep right around the one way system then left onto the A35. Turn right signposted to Bank, the property is just past the public house The Oak on the left hand side.

Wonderful and totally relaxing. Safe for children and pets (enclosed garden) and those with mobility problems (downstairs bathroom).
Forest and pub literally outside the property gates and Lyndhurst five minutes in the car.
Only down side is having to leave ....
