    All prices are in £ per week. Stays must be of 7 night duration in July and August. Short breaks (minimum of three nights) are available outside of July and August, prices on application. All prices include towels (unless otherwise stated on the web), bed linen, gas and electricity. Credit card payments will incur a 1.95% service charge. Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week.

I stayed at number 5 Salterns village can't find it on here so writing a review on here
Seaview itself is a lovely place would go there again but wouldn't stay at salterns village again as it was false advertising the website shows really nice up to date chalets with decking,good showers but the chalet we got was old fashioned with a dangerous shower with floor tiles that get slippery when wet which is not good as my mum is disabled and could have slipped over as there was no slip mats or rails, the other thing not good for disabled is the parking we had to park in the car park which was quite away from the chalet to make it worse they locked the gate so you couldn't drop people outside the chalets I.e disabled and Children then park the car.
The people in the office were rude when we spoke to them about things wrong in the chalet they just shrugged their shoulders, the cleaners were very friendly and helpful
