I'm delighted to be the first to recommend this fantastic little cottage in beautiful Robin Hood's Bay. I'd not stayed in self catering in about 25 years so it's possible my expectations were slightly lower than they should have been but I was hugely impressed with how every little thing had been thought of – right down to the washing up liquid! The location is also one of the major selling points, being down in the old part of the village and so close to the small pubs, shops and cafés that make Robin Hood's Bay so attractive. Parking is a two minute walk away, greatly appreciated but my tip would be to try and arrive and leave at reasonably quiet times of the day as that part of the village certainly wasn't designed with motorists in mind!
