    The property is surrounded by open countryside (there are some barns, but not nearby!) with enclosed garden areas for customer's use to the front and rear. Inside the property has large entertaining rooms, with an excellent kitchen/diner as well as two living rooms plus an extra kitchen. There are six large bedrooms, with one on the ground floor making it ideal for any members of the party with limited mobility. A very well maintained and attractive holiday property that is very well located many of the Oxford and Cotswolds attractions.

    Living Room with three large sofas, large TV with DVD player and Sky (basic) and woodburner with doors to rear garden.
    Kitchen/Diner, an enormous room with large dining table seating 10 comfortably. The kitchen has another dining table which can be moved and will therefore allow 14 people to seat comfortably together. Kitchen is well equipped with 6 ring gas range with double oven, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Great views too.
    Boot Room with separate access into the property.
    Living Room Two with sofa, TV with DVD and Sky (basic).
    Kitchen Two with further gas hob, oven, washing machine and fridge. There is a door to a small enclosed garden.
