    Bracklesham Bay is situated on the coast 6 miles south of the Cathedral City of Chichester. Chichester has a main line railway station which provides a regular service to London Victoria in about 1 hour 45 minutes and to Gatwick in about 1 hour 5 minutes. An alternative, slightly faster rail service to London is also available from Havant in about 1 hour 20 minutes to London Waterloo. Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton are all easily reached along the coast. The area is well served from Chichester with the A27 (M27) coastal route and A3 to London.

Fabulous House & quaint village with all amenities close by, historic Chichester is only 8 miles away and Goodwood race course both Horse & Motor is only 12 miles away so great for Festival of Speed & The Revival but book early as places for these events are at a premium, house comes with all you need for a great Holiday, sheltered garden ( small ) Beach access with seating, if you want sand the West Wittering Beach is also easily available both walking and car access also there is a local bike hire nearby ( godsend ). more

A lovely house on the beach, bright and sunny and very spacious with excellent storage. We stayed for 2 weeks and had various family and friends come to stay. Lots of space for up to 10 people (it sleeps 8), great modern and clean bathrooms and a lovely raised terrace with table and seating for 8. Location great, lovely walks in both directions and hours of pleasure spent on the beach and watching the world go by. Almost perfect. However, this house had been recently purchased and we felt that no effort had been made to convert the house from a 'family weekend break house' to a 'commerical rental'. Examples: FILTHY sofa covers (were removed and cleaned but damp for 48 hours), FILTHY glass shelves (I cleaned them), FILTHY kitchen drawers ( I cleaned them), FILTHY light fixture above kitchen table - very stylish but full of dust and spots of grease (was professionally cleaned, sort of), etc. Dishwasher broke, bulbs missing (and small complicated bulbs that we could not replace in... more
