This charming home was a welcomed site when we arrived in Portland. Walking in we found everything to be pristine, with wonderful art and a combination of classic touches and modern details throughout. My husband and I stayed with our young baby four nights and could not have asked for more at the home itself. We were able to do laundry, which was newer and cleaner than what I have in my own home.
We were able to make it from this location without a car, using the excellent public transit system to make our way around the city. We frequented the coffee shop a few blocks away most days and had dinner within a few blocks, as well.
The only slight downside is the proximity of the home to MLK Blvd. It was a bit closer (and noisier) than I anticipated. But, we live on a fairly loud street ourselves, so it was not a deal breaker whatsoever. If you are looking for a mix of the old and new at a fair price, I would encourage you to book! more
