Location not suitable to older customers due to the steep steps, great view on a nice sunny day, rooms very dusty, cupboards & wardrobe haven't been dusted in quite a while due to about 1/2 inch of dust on top which didn't agree with my wife's asthma and made her ill during our stay, bathroom, mould in the shower cubicle... more

We been to about thirty self catering properties over the years and without doubt, this proved the best. The view from the balcony decking was superb- the excellent photos do not do it justice. The rooms were of a very high standard. Only a small negative. The property would be enhanced were broadband available more

We stayed with our two boys aged 12 and 10. The weather was pretty kind to us and, as a consequence, we were able to make good use of the terrace/decking area, which is undoubtedly the best feature of the house; this has absolutely glorious views in both directions of the tidal River Fowey - if it weren't for restless... more
