We chose the apartment on the strength of the location and this really could not be bettered. The apartment overlooks Trevaunance Cove and the views are fantastic. It is just a short walk down to the beach and pub and there are beautiful walks on the doorstep. Sea Edge and the adjoining apartment (Trebal) both have outside spaces including table and chairs and BBQs but it is worth noting that the two apartments are very close together and the outside areas are not that clearly defined so if you value your privacy this might not be ideal. (It would be perfect for two families holidaying together).
The interior of the apartment is a slight disappointment after the fabulous location. Whilst it was quite cosy and clean, it had a slightly uncared for feel about it and was not as well equipped as many self-catering accommodation we have used in the past (insufficient plates, broken cups, broken towel rail).
