We loved staying on Broad St. at the Jacobson Building. It was great to get a personal look into the historic buildings we came to Charleston to see.The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the we much preferred this to a hotel. We'll be back! more

I just came back from a weekend at the Jacobson Building. I could not have been more satisfied! The location of the room was perfect - within easy walking distance to East Bay St., Market St. and Meeting St. My favorite spots. The room was very comfortable - and clean! Something I really appreciate. Jan was excellent to work with.... more

I loved staying at the Jacobson Building on Broad Street last July. Jan was incredibly accommodating from the very first interaction, and the rental space was everything that was promised. Beautiful, historic, and incredibly comfortable. The next time I visit Charleston, I will definitely be staying with them again as opposed to staying in a hotel. There is nothing better... more
