The Hardwood Floors, the Marble Counter Tops in the kitchen all spell out the charm of this Folly house. This home is in GREAT CONDITION with OLD BEACH CHARM. TV in 3 rooms. 2 queens and a trundle in the small bed room. This place is perfect for 5 or 6 people. W/D and dishwasher, VCR, and rates that are great on the family budget.
