    GLADSTONE is a lovely Grade II Listed Georgian home in the heart of Braunton, nestled amongst the parish church, thatched cottages. It is a short stroll from the village centre and local amenities and only 2 miles to the local beach at Saunton. The property has been newly renovated in 2011 to a very high standard, providing modern conveniences whilst maintaining the character and quirky charm of the original property.

    Ground floor. The front doors bring you into the house's open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining space. The traditional living room with its large bay window has sofa, chairs and a dining table to comfortably seat 6 plus TV with freesat channels, DVD player and stereo with ipod dock. The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas/electric range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. From the kitchen is the door to the Utility room with washing machine and exit to small patio area for outside dining and the outbuilding storage facility. The kitchen also leads you to the Hallway area, with its lovely high, arched window overlooking the back patio area, and the door to the clean and contemporary Wet room with shower, WC and basin.

A beautiful house, a fabulous week was had. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this house, tastefully decorated and equipped. The beds were so comfortable. Immaculate laundry, cleanliness and quality of facilities excellent. We had a wonderful holiday at Gladstone House a mixture of ages ranging from 64 down to a 7 year old we all loved the house it had everything you could possibly need, very comfortable, tastefully furnished and comfy beds. We stayed here 3 nights in June. The house is of a quality you rarely see in holiday lets, and has been rennovated to an extremely high standard. Both Croyde and Woolacombe were stunning beaches more
