What a lovely house.
Everything you need under one roof.
20-25 minute walk into Brixham is fine going but walking back is a bit exhausting.
Didnt really think the Trawler pub was up to much but you need to see for yourself as we went on a bank holiday and they had a Karaoke and disco on and it was a bit rowdy.

My spouse & I chose Sundeck as our holiday rental, as well behaved dogs were allowed and the property had a small enclosed garden.
On first impression, I could not believe how clean it was - absolutely immaculate. There was a large living room and kitchen downstairs; two bedroom and a shower upstairs.
The decor was simple but smart, comfortable and homely. The next door neighbours were very helpful and friendly too. The house is in a quiet residential area.
A few minutes walk away is "The Trawler" pub, which has a nice atmosphere/staff and provides excellent pub food - plenty of it at reasonable prices.
Sundeck is conveniently situated on the outskirts of the atmospheric town ( a short drive away to the centre), and a splendid base for the Torbay area.
