    You enter the property into a large open plan dining area and lounge with the kitchen to the right. There is a dinning room table and a lounge area with seats for 7. Large TV and Playstation 3, DVD player and docking station. Bright and airy room with large windows and patio doors to the balcony. The balcony is a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by or to eat your fish and chips as the sun goes down.

    The large kitchen area has a brand new oven, hob and extractor fan and dishwasher, plus everything you will need to prepare a family meal.

    Off of the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a further sink. Great place to leave muddy boots and wellies when you return from the beach or a long walk. Door leading to the back of the property...

    Visitors generally access this part of North Devon from the M5 which should be exited at junction 27 heading towards Barnstaple on the A361 (North Devon Link Road). The A361 is a picturesque main road which you will follow for 40km through and over Exmoor. It can become busy during the peak holiday season but has a number of dual carriage way sectors so stay patient! About 3km after a speed camera take the 3rd exit at the next roundabout onto the A399 signposted Combe Martin. Continue along the A399 for approx 30km and then enter the village of Combe Martin. St.Crispins was the perfect bungalow for myself and two women friends, as all the bedrooms are fitted out nicely, with no poky third bedroom which you get with some holiday rental properties.So we could enjoy a nice bedroom each.
