    Avonlea Holiday Home has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower upstairs and a modern kitchen, comfy sitting room/dining room downstairs with patio doors leading to an attractive garden at the rear of the property. There is a garage/utility room with a pool table and the property has gas central heating.

    If you do not have Satnav these direction will be useful. Our Holiday Home is only 10 miles from the motorway. Come off the M5 motorway at junction 30 (Exeter) taking the left lane and exit on to the A376 (Sidmouth/Exmouth). Take the second exit (Exmouth) at the next roundabout (Clyst St Mary) and travel on to Clyst St. George and then take the first exit at the next roundabout to Exmouth (driving onwards past the George and Dragon Hotel). Travel on through Lympstone (past the Royal Marines HQ) continuing on the same road towards Exmouth. On arriving on the outskirts of Exmouth you will see a Welcome sign (after the speed camera!) and you turn left there into Rivermead Avenue and then right into Littlemead Lane, sharp left into Hulham Road and Sharp right into Marley Road continuing into J... more

We loved this house - it felt very clean and tidy but also homely as soon as we walked in. It had all the facilities and space that we needed but was also cosy. The children managed to ride their scooters around the garden and loved finding all the little ornamental creatures! There was plenty or storage space in the bedrooms and kitchens. We were excited to discover the pool table in the garage, alongside the washing machine and tumble drier! This home is ideally located to get into Exmouth but also for getting out. It is on an estate and doesn't offer the picturesque views or location of some cottages but it suited us perfectly. We would certainly consider staying here again. more
