    There is a returnable £100 security deposit required, due 1 month prior to confirmed holiday, returned when keys and apartment checked after let, via method that holiday was booked e.g. paypal

    Cleaner comes in on day of departure ( saturday) to clean apartment and change linen, please contact Pippa if you are renting for 2 weeks and would like the cleaner to visit on the middle saturday ( an extra charge will be required)

    Airport: Exeter: 40.0 km
    Railway: Totnes: 20.0 km
    Ferry: Plymouth: 20.0 km
    By road, take the M5 south to south west. Just after Exeter M5 becomes A38. Stay in right hand lanes where A38 forks right up the hill towards Plymouth. Stay on A38 until you see the A384 Totnes turn off. Follow signs for Totnes and then once in Totnes follow A381 signs to Kingsbridge.

    At Kingsbridge follow signs for A381 to Salcombe. After passing through the village of West Alvington you will see a sign to turn right to Plymouth and Thurlestone as well. That road is the B 3197. Go along there for approx half mile then turn left at the sign for Thurlestone. Just follow the road for approx 2-3 miles into Thurlestone village. We were very fortunate to experience an exceptional week of fine weather and the accommodation was superb. The apartment was immaculate, and although there were 6 of us, we never once felt claustrophobic. Spacious accommodation for 4, though can accommodate 6 people easily. Nicely furnished with all mod cons. Superb setting with access to 2 lovely beaches. Heated outdoor swimming pool a bonus. Would definitely stop here again. more
