    Holiday Rental House –
    5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 10
The Mill House is an amazing period holiday home standing right on the water's edge of Lee Bay. The sea borders the property on two sides, so in the summer you can sit out on the terrace overlooking the bay and enjoy a drink, barbecue and the fabulous sunsets. In the autumn/winter it's wonderful to sit inside around one of the log fires with good food, family and friends.

The beach outside the house is a mixture of sand and rocks, so is great for exploring or just lazing around. There’s the secret Smugglers Path to Sandy Bay and the caves that go straight through the rocks.

Lee village is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is famous for its fuchsia lined lanes. There is a good traditional pub, The Grampus, just a short walk up the village.

    There are some fantastic...

    Additional amenities & feature info
The Mill House has the benefit of two lounges both with slate flagstone floors and open fires. One has a TV/DVD player, the other a CD player and iPod docking station, together with a good collection books and games. The furnishings are homely and comfortable with squidgy sofas, complete with throws and cushions.

The kitchen with views straight out to sea, has recently been refitted with painted shaker style furniture, granite work surfaces, under floor heating and a central island for drinks or breakfast. An American style fridge freezer with icemaker is just one of the features of this room. We love cooking and so it’s pretty well equipped with kitchen ‘stuff’.

Dining can be enjoyed in the original Mill Room with views looking out to sea and where French doors give access to the terrac...

It must have been amazing to be so close to the baby seal. There's quite a few in and around the bay. And last year an Otter appeared on the Mill House draw bridge! See you again. Better luck next time with the surf. Nick more

The Mill House is a real hidden gem. The house is in the most beautiful spot right on the egde of Lee Bay, a quiet quaint little village who's residents are very friendly and welcoming to us visitors! The house well what can i say, but I want it! It is old and wonderfully querky and has been decorated beautifully... more

Management response:

I'm glad you had such a good time at the Mill House. I love cooking myself, so have made sure the kitchen has all the things you normally need and a few other things like the shellfish pliers and lobster picks. Many happy memories myself cooking in the Mill kitchen with friends : ) more

It's not often that when writing a review for a place you worry that if you are too nice then it will be harder to book up next time. The Mill House is such a place. Everything about the house and it's location is jaw-droppingly good. The house is incredibly comfortable and tastefully decorated that it made it difficult to... more
