    Holiday Rental House –
    5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 10
The Mill House is an amazing period holiday home standing right on the water's edge of Lee Bay. The sea borders the property on two sides, so in the summer you can sit out on the terrace overlooking the bay and enjoy a drink, barbecue and the fabulous sunsets. In the autumn/winter it's wonderful to sit inside around one of the log fires with good food, family and friends.

The beach outside the house is a mixture of sand and rocks, so is great for exploring or just lazing around. There’s the secret Smugglers Path to Sandy Bay and the caves that go straight through the rocks.

Lee village is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is famous for its fuchsia lined lanes. There is a good traditional pub, The Grampus, just a short walk up the village.

    There are some fantastic...

    Additional amenities & feature info
The Mill House has the benefit of two lounges both with slate flagstone floors and open fires. One has a TV/DVD player, the other a CD player and iPod docking station, together with a good collection books and games. The furnishings are homely and comfortable with squidgy sofas, complete with throws and cushions.

The kitchen with views straight out to sea, has recently been refitted with painted shaker style furniture, granite work surfaces, under floor heating and a central island for drinks or breakfast. An American style fridge freezer with icemaker is just one of the features of this room. We love cooking and so it’s pretty well equipped with kitchen ‘stuff’.

Dining can be enjoyed in the original Mill Room with views looking out to sea and where French doors give access to the terrac...

We recently spend a fantastic long weekend here with old school friends and their children. The Mill House is perfectly situated overlooking the sea on a small cove which feels like it belongs to the house! It worked brilliantly for everyone, the house is very well equipped and feels homely and welcoming but has plenty of space for 4 very... more

Stayed for a week with family. This place was awesome. Lots of space and very well equipped. The sea comes right up to the house and the beach is wonderful with lots of sea birds and secret paths. The local is just around the corner, with live music and good food. Some of the coast roads are scary but worth... more

Management response:

Thanks for your review. The coastal roads and paths are pretty awesome with the cliffs rising to as high as 800' above sea level. A friend of a friend paddled a kayak round Britain and said the coast around here is some of the most amazing on his trip. Enjoy : ) more

We have just returned from a fantastic weekend at this beautiful house. The location and house are just stunning. We stayed with our two children, our brother and sister in law and their three young children.
