    From the lounge area there are magnificent views, to the East, there is the coast of Cardigan Bay to Harlech, Barmouth and beyond and to the West, Llanbedrog headland, Abersoch and St Tudwal's islands.

    The ground floor of the apartment comprises a large, open plan kitchen and lounge area.

    The kitchen area is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor hood, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table and chairs.

    From the kitchen, there is access to the rear communal area and to the designated parking at the rear of the property, each apartment having 1 parking space (there is also unlimited parking to the front of the property on West End Parade).

    The lounge area is minimalist in style, having seating for six, occasional furniture, large LCD television with Freesat channels, dvd player and ipod docking station. Also in the apartment is an astronomical telescope and powerful binoculars. FREE WI - FI throughout the apartment.

    Short breaks of a minimum 3 nights will be available outside school holidays, please contact the owner.

    We do not charge a security bond, we rely on the goodwill of guests (a number of which are repeat bookings) to leave the apartment clean and tidy. On changeover day there is only time for a general clean and inspection.

    Please note that towels and bed linen are not presently provided.

    Should any guest wish to book for 2015 then our 2014 prices will apply if booked and deposit paid by the end of 2014.

We had a brilliant stay, the apartment is in a great location, towards the end of a quite no-through road (only sand dunes at the end of the road) and a quiet beach with a few people fishing or walking. We had the best week. The weather was hot and sunny. We went swimming in the sea every day. Loved the telescope in the lounge. The shops were very handy. No need to use the car. A mixed bag. When we arrived the rug in the main room was really filthy with dog hairs and food crumbs. We tried to vacuum it, but the vacuum was broken (and STANK of dog when switched on). So we had to take the rug outside and shake it clean as best we could. We also had to buy mould... more
