    White Lilac cottage is a traditional stone cottage. From the front there are lovely views of the Snowdonia Mountain range. To the rear there is a cottage garden which is full of flowers throughout the summer. It is a real sun trap - wonderful for enjoying a glass or two of wine.
    It is within easy reach of award winning beaches, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Heritage Coastline. Many returning guests.

    Very cosy and characterful traditional cottage with lovely views of Snowdon. Recently renovated. Living room with comfy leather sofa and armchair. Original stone fireplace. Wood burner. TV, DVD, freeview and CD player. Under floor heating and electric heaters. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge (with freezer compartment) and microwave. Bathroom with shower. One bedroom with kingsize bed and additional folding single bed (if needed).

    Downstairs is the living room with a most wonderful original stone fire place and wood burning stove. There are slate tiles on the floor, with underfloor heating. The room is furnished with a leather sofa, arm chair and original Victorian welsh dresser and pine units. It has a beamed ceiling.

    The cottage is easily reached by road. It is less than a two hour drive from Manchester and Liverpool (much of which is by motorway and dual carriageway), about 21/2 hours from Birmingham and 5 hours from London.

    There are numerous budget airlines flying into Liverpool and Manchester airports from around the world and from other parts of the UK including Easy Jet, Ryan Air, Jet2, bmibaby, thompsonfly to name but a few.
    The cottage is about half an hour's drive from the port of Holyhead, which makes travelling to and from Ireland very easy.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful. It has been renovated to a very high standard and is a perfect holiday getaway. lovely cottage full of charm a good base to travel from my husband liked it because it was handy for fishing we go to anglesey a few times a year. we would recommend the cottage it was clean and welcoming. more

We stayed from Friday to Monday and the cottage was beautiful with a good location overlooking the Menai Straits. The care and attention to detail within Lilac Cottage was excellent, the bedroom was a very good size with a large bed, and just right for a romantic weekend.
