The property was as described by the owner and was priced perfectly for the location and grade of the property.
Bed linen, towels and a top-loader washing machine were all available which is really all you need in a self contained apartment. There was access to drying areas to the rear of the property (take a torch if bringing in washing after dark).
The information and service from the owner, all by e-mail, was efficient, informative and friendly which is a big plus for peace of mind when booking your holiday.
The location of the property provided an excellent base for exploring NSW by car or public transport. There was adequate on-street parking, albeit our stay was in the quieter winter months. A short 10-15 mins walk to the railway station provided reliable train services into Sydney.
The property is situated on a quiet residential area with park and ocean views and access onto the promenade walkways which are busy with joggers and walkers.
