    Detached villa set in private gardens in quiet urbanisation and built on one level making it ideal for young children and the elderly. About 15 minutes walk to safe, sandy beach with bars and restaurants. An ideal base for sightseeing with aquaparks about 10 minutes drive, Fuengirola 10 mins., Mijas about 15 minutes and Gibraltar just over one hour. Less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport and we can arrange your transfer. We live about 5 minutes away and speak fluent Spanish.

    The house is rented on a weekly basis with Friday as the changeover day but in the lower season months we are negotiable on both these points. We can arrange your transfer from and to Malaga airport. We are also negotiable for longer stays. Deposit is paid at booking stage by bank transfer or PayPal invoice with balance due six weeks prior to arrival.
    There is a damage deposit of 500 Euros payable either with balance or on arrival and this is refunded to you within 7 working days of departure following satisfactory inspection of the villa. You will be given a receipt for this deposit.

    Arrive by air into Malaga airport which enjoys excellent services both scheduled and charter by most of the British carriers. When you arrive we can have our reserved taxi or minibus service waiting for you to take you directly to the villa. If you have a later flight, the driver will have the keys and we will switch on lights for you. If you are hiring a car from the airport we can email directions with photos to make the journey simple and straightforward.
