As we pulled into the driveway of Casa Romana, my brother and their family were already there. I was so apprehensive as I had booked the villa and wanted them to be happy with my decision. The look on their faces said it all. They were beaming from ear to ear.
They had been met by the owners of the property who had shown them round. The villa was massive. We all seemed to have our own separate wing of the villa to sleep in.
The pool and the gardens were amazing. The pool was spotlessly clean and a pool man came to clean it daily. The tennis court was in great condition and got used by us all, well, apart from me who couldn't pull myself away from the pool.
The villa was beautiful. Half of the rooms, we didn't even use..
The outside BBQ area was huge and we enjoyed all our meals at the dining area outside.
The villa was very clean and a lady came in to clean all the rooms on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. She was lovely and worked so hard.
