There is hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating in both bathrooms. It is a luxury oasis well-placed to take full advantage of its location in the popular, interesting and beautiful Andalucian Region.

We stayed in Balcones del Chaparell for a week in mid September and we totally agree with the previous review - It is a really beautiful apartment! Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and with everything you need. The apartment is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the beach, there are some restaurants nearby too and La Cala is a pleasant walk away - there is also a regular bus into La Cala/Marbella which we took a few of times.

The sea view from the garden and conservatory is real plus - a perfect place to have your breakfast or relax in the evening. The complex has a relaxed and quiet atmosphere with two swimming pools - there were some loungers in the flat which we took down to the pool. The owners were extremely helpful - leaving clear instructions on how to work things in the flat and were responsive to a couple of queries.

All in all an excellent holiday - we are looking forward to a return visit!

We had a fantastic holiday in this apartment. The description and information provided were accurate. The complex is beautiful, spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard. The setting is just perfect and the apartment is in a prime position providing uninterrupted panoramic views from the front garden. The gardens and pool area are just as the photos show with a calm and peaceful atmosphere 24 hours a day.

We did not hire transport but walked or used the reliable public transport. We found lots to see and do in the area e.g. local beaches, golf club (20 minute walk), day visits to Marbella, Ronda and Fuengirola. La Cala, the nearest town, had all the amenities we needed. There is a variety of restaurants at the entrance to the complex which we enjoyed on several occasions.

We would recommend this beautiful, comfortable, well maintained apartment.
