    Downsview is a traditional style detatched farmhouse. It is located in the heart of the Island's beautiful countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, yet it is only a 5 minute drive from local village shops, farm shops and pub/restaurants. This Victorian property was completely refurbished in 2007 to provide modern facilities, whilst retaining its period and charm and being designed for country living. It has under-floor heating mostly under flagstone floors. A particular feature of the home is the fantastic, large, light and airy farmhouse kitchen opening onto the garden, which is of a good size with lots of space for dining 'al-fresco' and for children to play in.

    Additional Rate and Availability Information
    In order for your booking to be confirmed, we will require a 25% deposit & a small booking fee of £25.00. A £300.00 (returnable) damage deposit will also be required, which will be added to the total amount owing. The balance of all monies owed is required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Should you be booking your holiday within 8 weeks of your holiday commencing, then all monies will be required when booking. Your damage deposit will be returned within seven days after your departure. Guests are kindly requested to leave the property in the condition in which it was found at the start of their holiday.

    Changeover is Saturday. Guests are kindly requested not to arrive before 3:30pm and depart by 10:00am. Bed linen & towels are included, together with utilities. Please bring own beach towels.

    Dogs will be considered (£50.00 per dog per week)

    Short Breaks may be available but unfortunately not during the High Season. The options would tend to be a mid-week...
