    RATES are quoted - Double Occupancy, Plus Tax, US dollars
    (additional guests $10 each per night -- maximum of 3 guests)
    Deposit of $300 required within 7 days for securing reservation. ($600 for 28+ days reservation)
    Please Note: Your reservation is Not secure until we receive your deposit.
    For less than 7 nights, one time housekeeping fee of $95 plus add $5 to nightly rate.
    Minimum of 5 nights, 7 nights in high season, and 12 nights for Holidays
    Refundable security damage deposit of $300

    Payments accepted by: Checks, Money Order, Credit Card, and direct deposits into my Wells Fargo bank account using inside teller or online transfer
