We decided on the Roseclair for a short day trip to Boston. The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is on the second floor of a gorgeous turn of the century building - much like many you will see around Boston. The interior is clean, spacious and perfect for a small group of people travelling together. The whole apartment is nicely furnished, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. There is no elevator, so be aware that you need to be able to climb one flight of stairs to get to the apartment.
I was especially impressed with the management's customer service. Entrance to the flat was emailed to me as soon as possible, and there is a handy app with all of the rules, wifi access codes, as well as the codes to get into the building.
