This 4/7 person, modern 2 bedroom apartment is located directly across the street from Battery Park at the southern tip of Manhattan, in one of the city's most exclusive properties. The swanky, historic, doorman controlled building is home to many celebrities and political figures and even claims the oldest address in the city!
Amenities to this property include a fitness centre, laundry facilities, valet/dry cleaning services and a spacious, beautifully landscaped, rooftop terrace with amazing views. The neighborhood is perfect - this location is very convenient - only 2 minutes from 3 different subway stations, the closest is Bowling Green Station, right around the corner on Broadway.
This is an open and sleek apartment with amazing views - located on the thirty second floor of a beautifully renovated luxury doorman controlled building built in the 1800s. With high, 10ft, ceilings and large windows, not to mention the generous square footage, there is a real feeling of space in this apartment. The amazing views the of Hudson River and Statue of Liberty don't hurt either!
The apartment sleeps up to 7, in two double bedrooms, a large sleeper sofa and a very comfortable full-sized futon in the second bedroom. If needed there's ample room for an air mattress (please let us know when you book).
There is wi-fi internet access but no phone service available in this property. On-site parking is available for 40 per day.
The apartment is entered into a large foyer which opens up to the cheerful and roomy kitchen.
This has cheery pale yellow walls, white glass-front cabinets and all-new, modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas oven/range, coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as a dishwasher.
There's a small kitchen table and 2 chairs.
Round the corner from the kitchen, the hallway opens up to an inviting living area (11ft9 x 10ft9, 3.6m x 3.3m) which has a big brown leather sofa that comfortably seats 3 and converts into a large double bed (80" x 60").
The decor here is accented with a marble coffee table and oriental rug. Across from the sofa is a 40" flat screen television on a fine antique chest. The large window gets excellent light and gives spectacular views of the riverfront and skyscrapers.
The two bedrooms are just behind the living room, hidden by two attractive French doors. Both have large, beautiful windows with incredible views over the water, the second boasts a view of the Statue of Liberty!
The first bedroom (11ft x 10ft, 3.4m x 3m) has a large pillow-topped double bed (80" x 60") that is perfection in comfort - the owner has taken great pains to provide the highest quality mattress and bedding. Here you'll find a nightstand, lamp, and a closet available for storage.
Across from the bed is a small flat-screen TV (15").
The second bedroom (11ft x 7ft9, 3.4m x 2.4m) has a chic leather futon that opens up to a comfortable double bed (70" x 46") and in front of the window you have a table and chair to enjoy your view of Lady Liberty! This room also has a flat screen TV (23").
The Bathroom has a full bathtub, shower, basin and loo.

Hidden behind two 35-ton bank vault doors, this gem of a restaurant is run by famed Irish Executive Chef Donal Crosbie and boasts tasty dishes ranging from home-made gnocchi to Kobe beef burgers to sauteed Gulf Grouper. The lobster bisque here is a must-have, so are the gnocchi!
