    This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, direct oceanfront corner unit with one of the largest lanais in Kona. It's located at mile marker 2.8 on Ali'i Drive. The unit was remodeled in the summer of 2011 including kitchen, bathrooms, living & dining areas, and bedrooms. It sleeps 6 comfortably. It has windows on three sides lending to a bright, airy feel and boasts beautiful sunset & ocean views. It is steps from the most famous surf spot on the Big lsland - Banyans. You can spot dolphins, turtles, and whales from the lanai. There is a pool, jacuzzi, and barbeque area overlooking the ocean and the building is serviced by both stairs and an elevator, making it convenient for elderly and children.

    To secure a booking we require a $400 deposit. The final balance is due within 30 days of your arrival. We also require a $200 damage deposit that will be returned to you after our cleaners go through the property after your stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 306. This is a very nice unit in a very nice building and the location is very convenient. We enjoyed watching the surfers who arrive at 6:30 a.m. and don't leave until 6:30 p.m. This unit is on the quiet end of the building and it is very peaceful to sit on the lanai... more

We had a wonderful week staying at this condo and enjoying watching the surfers every morning from the large lanai. The location of Banyan Tree is great and very central for everything you want to do in the area. The Big Island has so much to do and see on it and in my opinion staying in the Kona area... more

This awesome end unit condo on the third floor was well maintained and had a wonderful view from the spacious lanai! The sunsets were incredible and the sound / view of the ocean was right in your back yard!
