St. John's Apartment #300- Large One Bedroom.

This is St. John's!
The king bed is new and super comfortable!
It's pretty comfortable with the sofa, two stuffed chairs, plus the table seating four.
A long hall connects the living room, bedroom and kitchen.
The kitchen has a small table.  There's a second table in the living room that seats four.
The bedroom has two windows looking down on Harvard Ave.

This was St. John's in 1937.  Only the cars have changed!
The Other Coast Cafe, a wonderful sandwich deli, right downstairs!
Our parking lot, directly behind the building.
Across the street is a large supermarket, a drug store, a dry cleaners and a UPS store.
Two blocks away, looking from Pine towards Pike.
Looking west on E. Pike, St. John's is just beyond the light.
Our front door is between our Thai restaurant and our salon.
To the right, after the salon, is the Other Coast Cafe, and St. John's Bar and Restaurant.

The Other Coast Cafe is a great sandwich shop.  Their '6 inch' sandwiches are huge!
This is the owner of the Thai restaurant at his little bar.
We have a common laundry room in the building.

St. John's is on Capitol Hill in Seattle, in a nice area and very convenient to downtown, the Washington State Convention Center, and all the local attractions. The building has 25 apartments in all, with four furnished short-term rentals, 20 long-term rentals and one apartment for our on-site manager.

This apartment, #300, is a very comfortable one bedroom. It has a king bed in the bedroom, a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, a full bath with soaking tub, and a large kitchen. We include bath towels and linens; the kitchen has all the cooking essentials you'll need, a full size gas range, microwave and full sized refrigerator. This was our first time at St. John's Apartments. We stayed in #300. Check in and out were hassle free. The apartment was EXTREMELY clean and very well stocked. We did not need to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, curling iron, flat iron...all were provided. Along with plenty of paper towels, TP & Kleenex. There was even lotion in... more
